SecondGuessBot ("we," "us," "our") is a product of KT Applications and Entertainment. This policy explains what information we collect through the SecondGuessBot mobile app and website (together, the "Service"), and how we use it.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect the email address you sign up with via Firebase Authentication. If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address associated with your Google account.
App content. The questions you ask, the paper bots you create (including their names and notes), and their simulated performance history.
Purchase information. If you subscribe or make an in-app purchase, Google Play processes your payment directly — we never see your payment card details. We receive a purchase token from Google, which we use to verify your subscription or purchase and apply it to your account.
Usage data. We use Firebase Analytics, which may collect basic device and usage information (such as app version, device type, and general usage patterns) to help us understand how the app is used and diagnose crashes.
SecondGuessBot does not connect to, and has no access to, any real trading account, brokerage account, or Kalshi/Polymarket account. All paper bots use simulated money only. We do not collect your location, contacts, or photos.
To operate your account and sync your data (paper bots, subscription status) across devices; to enforce the usage limits tied to your plan; to send a one-time email verification link when you create an account with email and password; and to diagnose technical problems and improve the app.
We share information with Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, analytics, hosting) and Google Play Billing (payment processing). We do not sell your personal information.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data yourself at any time — in the app, from the account menu, or on this site under My Account — and it happens immediately, not on a delay. If you'd rather we do it for you, or you signed up with Google and can't yet sign in on the website, email support@secondguessbot.com and we'll delete it within 30 days. Either way, we may retain records we're legally or financially required to keep, such as purchase records.
SecondGuessBot is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
